Hidden Gem. It’s got a rustic feel in a once vibrant shopping strip but the service is great. Elegance Nails uses the best cleaning techniques- alcohol sprays on all tools and barbicide individually wrapped new tools. It’s a common DC thing of: do you go into a tastefully decorated nail salon and find out you overpaid and they didn’t clean their tools - or you can walk in here (even though it’s not much of a looker)…
